02. Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We offer complimentary insured priority shipping worldwide via FedEx or UPS, with an adult signature required for security. Hong Kong deliveries take 1-2 business days; U.S. deliveries 1-3 business days; international deliveries 1-7 business days, depending on customs. Track your order via email confirmation. Can I pick up my watch in Hong Kong?

Yes, schedule a secure in-store pickup at our Hong Kong store by emailing info@wristify.co. Proof of identity is required for a personalized, safe experience.

What if my watch arrives damaged?

04. Warranties and Servicing

What does the 1-year Wristify warranty cover?

Our 1-year warranty, included with every purchase, covers defects in timekeeping accuracy and functionality under normal use, regardless of manufacturer warranty status. Repairs are handled by certified watchmakers at no cost. See our Warranty and Authenticity Policy.

Can you service my watch after the warranty?

03. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receipt to return a timepiece, provided it and all accompanying items (e.g., box, accessories, documentation, etc.) are in their original condition. Defects qualify for repair, refund, or replacement with free return shipping. Preference changes incur a variable restocking fee, with customers covering return shipping. See our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

How can I sell or trade my watch to Wristify?

Selling and trading are currently available at our Hong Kong office. Submit photos and watch details to info@wristify.co for a complimentary valuation. After inspection, we will offer payment or trade credit toward your next timepiece.

What affects my watch’s value?

Condition, originality, service history, and current demand for your watch determine value.

Is selling to Wristify secure?

Yes, bring or ship your watch to our Hong Kong office using an insured carrier after valuation approval. We inspect and process secure payment within 1-2 business days.
