Manufacturer’s Warranty
If your timepiece includes a valid manufacturer’s warranty at the time of purchase, that warranty will remain in effect, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. For specific details regarding your timepiece’s manufacturer warranty, please contact our concierge team.

Additional 1-Year Wristify Warranty
In addition to any valid or expired manufacturer’s warranty, we offer an exclusive 1-year Wristify warranty on all timepieces purchased from us. This warranty covers defects in timekeeping accuracy and functionality under normal use, starting from the date of delivery.

Should your timepiece require service under our warranty, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, subject to the terms outlined below:

Coverage: This warranty covers any defects related to the movement, timekeeping accuracy, and overall functionality of the timepiece under normal usage conditions.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents (including impacts, drops, or water damage beyond the watch’s specified resistance).
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by third parties not approved by Wristify.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches on the case or crystal, discoloration or wear of straps and bracelets, loss or damage of batteries, and cosmetic damages that do not affect the core functionality of the watch.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase from Wristify is required to process any warranty claim.

Warranty Period: Coverage begins on the date of delivery and lasts for one year. Claims must be submitted within this period.

Claim Process: To initiate a claim, please contact our concierge team with details of the issue and your proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions if a repair is necessary.

Repairs: All warranty repairs are performed exclusively by certified watchmakers to ensure genuine parts and expert workmanship, maintaining the integrity and value of your timepiece.

Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the timepiece from Wristify.
