Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. In the unlikely event of a delay in order processing, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping within Hong Kong
For clients in Hong Kong, we offer complimentary priority shipping via FedEx, with an adult signature required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Typical delivery times are 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays, delivery times may be extended, so we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival.
