14-Day Return Period

We offer a 14-day return period starting from the date of receipt of your timepiece. Returns are accepted provided the timepiece and all accompanying items (e.g., box, accessories, documentation, etc.) are returned in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

Returns for Issues with the Timepiece

If your timepiece has a defect covered by our 1-year Wristify warranty or a valid manufacturer’s warranty, we will, at your discretion, repair the issue and return the timepiece, provide a full refund, or offer a replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our concierge team at info@wristify.co within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process and discuss your preferred resolution.

Returns Due to Preference Changes

If you wish to return a timepiece due to a change in preference within the 14-day return period, we will accommodate your request, subject to a restocking fee that varies by timepiece. Please contact our concierge team at info@wristify.co to verify the applicable fee. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and the timepiece and all accompanying items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at info@wristify.co within 14 days of receiving your timepiece to obtain shipping authorization. Returns received without prior authorization may not be processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned timepiece and accompanying items, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.
